Abrasion resistant piping lined with melted basalt/eucor is used mainly for pneumatic transport of powder and fine-grained substrates up to 22 m/s, or hydraulic transport of high abeasive material or sludges up to 2.2 m/s, and maximum operating overpressure of 1.6 MPa.
